Most of our vineyards are located in Santa Ninfa, in the heart of Valle del Belice. Santa Ninfa is an hisotric territoy, but it is also ideal for the cultivation of vineyards and where our winery is located.
The soil is fibrous and predominantly calcareous and the warm sun and microclimate favor planting and growth. The area is uncontaminated and highly suited to viticulture. Our growers take care of everything needed to produce wines of great character and ensure the right taste. Classic Sicilian wines like Nero d'Avola rosato, Grecanico, Cataratto and Grillo, but also wines made from international varietals such as Pinot Grigio, Viognier, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc that are true ambassadors of the territory from which they come, are all produced in this area.
